Application Process

To begin the loan application process, please provide the following information to your CommerceFirst Bank Account Manager. If one has not been assigned, please provide this information to and/or contact Tom Bolander at 410-280-6695 or tbolander@commerce1st.com for additional information:

1. Commercial Loan Application
2. Personal Financial Statement Form
3. 3 years of personal tax returns for major owners
4. 3 years of business tax returns
5. 3 years of internal or externally prepared balance sheet and income statements
6. Business Plan, if available (sample plan for Bob's Hot Dog Business)
